Shipping policy
1. This is inbound sample shipment, not retail fulfillment
The service purchased from March Analytics is analytical testing. The customer ships a customer-owned sample to the approved laboratory receiving location. March Analytics does not ship the purchased “test” as merchandise and does not ship peptides or research compounds to customers.
2. Before you ship
-
Purchase the correct testing service and retain the order number.
-
Review and accept the Customer Sample Attestation and Acceptable and Prohibited Samples Policy.
-
Confirm that the sample is eligible and that you have lawful authority to possess and submit it.
-
Follow the current test-specific minimum quantity, container, packaging, and labeling instructions.
-
Do not ship a hazardous, controlled, infectious, biological, radioactive, explosive, reactive, corrosive, or otherwise regulated material unless March Analytics has expressly confirmed that the receiving laboratory is authorized and has provided compliant shipment instructions.
3. Receiving address
The approved customer sample-receiving address is:
March Analytics / Lavagoat wholesale LLC
4030 W 1st Ave, Suite 100
Eugene, OR 97402
United States
Customers should review the current test-specific shipping instructions before sending a sample.
4. Packaging and labeling
Samples must be securely contained and packaged to prevent leakage, breakage, contamination, loss of identity, or exposure during ordinary carrier handling. The inner sample container and/or included submission record must allow the laboratory to match the sample to the order.
Customers must follow the sample quantity, container, closure, temperature, and preparation requirements shown for the purchased service or provided in the sample-submission instructions. Samples must be securely contained; liquids should use leak-resistant primary containment and appropriate secondary containment. Each sample must be labeled with the Shopify order number and a unique sample identifier that matches the submission information. Exterior packaging should contain only shipping information required by the carrier and applicable law and should not include misleading claims about the contents.
5. Carrier, tracking, and insurance
Customers must use a lawful carrier and a trackable shipping method suitable for the sample. Customers are responsible for complying with carrier restrictions and for any insurance they choose to purchase. Special signature or delivery instructions apply only when March Analytics provides them in writing. Until the sample is documented as received at the approved location, the customer should retain carrier tracking and shipment records.
6. Transit risk, loss, and delays
March Analytics cannot analyze a sample it has not received. The customer bears the risk of loss, delay, damage, leakage, or seizure while the sample is in transit. Laboratory custody begins only after the package is delivered to the confirmed receiving address, located, reviewed, and accepted for accession. A carrier scan showing “delivered” is not necessarily the same as laboratory receipt or accession.
7. Laboratory receipt and accession
Delivery, laboratory receipt, and accession/logging are separate events. A delivered package may require intake, identification, safety review, and eligibility review before it is accepted for analysis. March Analytics may send status notifications for receipt, accession, exceptions, testing progress, and report availability. The published turnaround clock begins at accession after the sample is accepted.
8. Damaged, leaking, unknown, or noncompliant samples
March Analytics may quarantine, refuse, return when lawful and safe, or arrange disposal of a sample that is leaking, damaged, unknown, materially mislabeled, improperly packaged, prohibited, or otherwise unsafe/noncompliant. The laboratory may pause handling while it seeks information from the customer.
March Analytics or the receiving laboratory may segregate, quarantine, refuse, or stop work on a noncompliant or potentially unsafe sample and will contact the customer when reasonably practicable. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable response period, the order may be closed and the sample returned when lawful and safe or disposed of as permitted by law. If a sample is rejected before substantive laboratory work begins, March Analytics will refund the unused service fee after deducting any reasonable, disclosed handling, disposal, or third-party cost actually incurred. If laboratory work has already been consumed because of inaccurate or incomplete customer information, the consumed portion is non-refundable.
9. Chain of custody
Standard March Analytics testing is not represented as forensic or evidentiary chain-of-custody testing. Any formal chain-of-custody service must be expressly offered, purchased, and confirmed in writing.
10. United States-only shipments
March Analytics currently accepts customer orders and sample shipments only within the United States. International sample shipments are not accepted. Any future international expansion will require separate customs, import/export, carrier, dangerous-goods, sanctions, privacy, and operational review before it is offered.
