This preview uses a placeholder refund policy for a laboratory service. Client counsel supplies the live version (intake D3). Goods-style restocking language does not apply.

Once a sample has been logged for analysis, the test fee is generally not refundable. Requests received before sample receipt are reviewed case by case.
